Hampton Inn Haverhill

There was a mix-up with payment when I was checking in which was very upsetting. Anne-Marie was very nice and helped me to work something out. I was there for a funeral and also was in an accident on the way, so it was already a upsetting day. I was very upset. She was very calm which helped me and she held my room until I could work something out. She did not make me feel rushed at all. Luckily everything worked out fine. Thank you Ann Marie I appreciate your kindness.

The staff was very pleasant and patient. They were handling a huge amount of check ins when I arrived. There was a cheerleading competition nearby I guess. I overheard some guests and they were a bit cranky (from the traffic not due to the staff). I was impressed the people checking them in...they were professional and courteous the entire time and kept their cool. In this day and age, it was refreshing to witness that.

Breakfast we're always out on time hot and well prepared. The staff kept the area very clean. Definitely one of the pluses of this stay

The breakfast was fabulous, the room was beautiful, the staff was friendly and welcoming, especially the woman handling the breakfast area.
